TokenFusion provides metered access to third-party AI models. You prepay a balance in US dollars; each call debits your balance at the rate published on the rate card at the time of the call. Rates are in US dollars per million tokens (or per unit for media models) and are shown before you spend.
You are responsible for your credentials and for all activity under your account and API keys. Keys can be retired at any time from the portal. One account per verified email address.
Charges are computed from the token counts reported for each call, at the model's published rate — or, where the model serving the call reports its own charge for it, from that charge, converted to US dollars; a call reported with neither is charged on an estimate of its prompt and of the text it returned, and is marked as estimated on your usage record. Your balance is prepaid; a call starts only when the minimum shown in the portal (US$1.00 unless stated otherwise) is available, and a balance that cannot pay refuses calls rather than creating debt. Business details appear on invoices only after verification.
Do not use the service to break the law, to attempt to compromise the platform or its suppliers, or to resell access without a written agreement. Upstream model providers' own usage policies apply to the content you generate.
Models are served through upstream suppliers. A model with no live supplier connection is refused, not simulated; availability of a given model is not guaranteed.
We store your account details, usage records and billing history to operate the service. Prompts and responses pass to the upstream provider serving your call. We do not sell your data.
We may update this agreement; material changes are versioned and you will be asked to accept the new version. You may close your account at any time; unused promotional balance (bonuses and vouchers) lapses on closure.
Accepted electronically at signup, or at sign-in when a new version is presented. The accepted version and timestamp are recorded on your account.
